Record your sponsor's voice of encouragement.

Notes: I pray that Gods will is done and not mine. I am on the journey that I need to be on. If  I am sitting in a jail cell or a recovery meeting  that is where I am suppose to be, at that point and time. I trust that God will lead me where I need to go and provide me with the tools I need to get there.

Record your sponsor's voice of encouragement.

Title: Step 12
Description: Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to other addicts, and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

Notes: I will share my exerience strength and hope; honestly with my recovery friends and family. I will surround myself with a support network of people that share the same mission of sobriety and recovery as I do.

Record a message to yourself ; "I will attend a recovery meeting today."

Cognitive / Smart / Rational scenarios

Title: REBT - Irrational vs. rational beliefs
Description: "What am I telling myself about the Activating event?" - Drinking

Choose a Stock or Personal Image under Edit image.

Notes: It is my pattern that when I drink it causes legal, social, and financial problems in my life. Therefore, it is rational to think  that if I drink I will have %!@# to deal with. It is also rational to accept the fact that I am an alcoholic. I will change my behavior and remain abstinent from alcohol.

Record a message to yourself.

Use the cost button to add up jail bonds and legal fees or other costs associated with drinking.

Title: Relationships
Description: I will have an honest healthy relationship with others.

Married, Separated, or Divorced; healthy relationships depend on honesty, sobriety and working a program. In growing together or growing apart detachment and independence is healthy for all relationships. The people we love, the parents of our children, and our past relationships can remind us of what we have learned about ourselves and how we can grow. We must love ourselves first; recovery begins here.

"Drinking or using is NOT an option for ME."

"I will have a respectful healthy relationship with my EX; it is in the best interest of my child."

"I will work a program and have an honest, healthy relationship with my spouse; even in times of hardship."
